T-24 hours
- Confirm RAM and CPU match peak load tests.
- Pre-generate world border; run a dry-run with staff.
- Verify backups and document restore steps.
- Post maintenance window in Discord.
T-1 hour
- Restart server cleanly; watch JVM heap after boot.
- Test whitelist, permissions, and anti-cheat plugins.
- Confirm monitoring alerts (or add Managed Ops).
Go live
- Watch TPS and CPU for the first 30 minutes.
- Keep a staff member on KVM/console access.
- Have hello@nexelya.com open for escalation.
After launch
Schedule modpack update windows; snapshot before each major mod bump.
